ABSOLUTELY. Call us with a brief description of your problem. We will ask you some questions, such as what error messages you are receiving and any information related to a new program or component. The more information you provide to us, the faster we can resolve it for you.

Can we afford you?
Yes, we try very hard to keep our service fees low for families and home users. We are extremely inexpensive for the quality and amount of service that you will receive compared to other technology service providers.

What are your service fees for residential work?
Residential services are fee-based on hourly estimates. Our charges are billed at an hourly rate plus the cost of any parts. A fee estimate is provided when a service request is scheduled. Services are scheduled based on location, skill-level requirement, certification requirements, and technician availability. Once the technician has physically diagnosed your problem, the fee estimate may change. All changes must be approved by the customer in writing before new work is performed. Can you secure our family's computers and network?
ABSOLUTELY. In today's world, this is an absolute necessity. Your personal computers need to be secured from Internet hackers and automatic scanning programs that look for vulnerable computers to hijack. We can secure both your home network and computers very inexpensively and leave you with information on how to monitor them.

Can you help me to monitor my children's Internet usage?
YES. We specialize in configuring internet filtering that works! We will install special software that will protect your family and educate you on safe browsing techniques. Our Security systems are completely configurable and will capture all browsing; nothing can be hidden from you. You will be provided with detailed, weekly reports showing all blocked and unblocked sites. You can monitor your system to increase or decrease the amount of protection that you want. Your reports can be accessed instantly from any internet connection, even while you are at work.

What kinds of repairs/support do you provide?
We provide full support for pretty much everything you use in your home from desktops and laptops to printers, routers, PDA's, and more. We do all hardware & software upgrades, data recovery, system recovery, virus and spyware repairs, internet filtering, firewall security, software, training, etc.

Are there charges for travel time?
Many companies charge for travel time; in most cases, we do not. Our process is designed to provide local clients with fast response times to their computer repair needs. The Sacramento region is considered local coverage and clients are not charged for travel time. For areas outside the Sacramento region, travel charges may apply and will be discussed when the service request is scheduled.
