What are your Commercial service fees?
Subscription-based fees:
Churches and ministries in need of our technology services can save additional money by choosing a
subscription maintenance plan that fits their current budget and requirements. We
recommend establishing a subscription contract that provides a minimum level of
service, typically based on a semi-monthly, monthly, or bi-monthly recurring
schedule. Regular maintenance and planned upgrades can be provided with our service
subscriptions. Each level provides additional "open service" hours during each
period, which roll over and accumulate, if not used.
These hours can be used for
catastrophic recovery or special projects. Subscription-based service requests
are given our highest priority and they will be resolved before fee-based
service requests.

Project and Event-based fees:
Fee-based services are hourly-based estimates. Our charges are billed at
an hourly rate plus the cost of parts. A fee estimate is provided when individual
service requests are accepted and scheduled. Services are scheduled based on location, skill-level,
certifications, and availability. Once the technician has physically diagnosed
your problem, the fee estimate may change. All changes will be approved by the customer

What is your policy on customer satisfaction?
We back up our quality work with a "100% client satisfaction" guarantee.
Ultimately, we depend upon satisfied clients to promote the value of our
services. We believe that everyone will prosper together as we each apply the

What kinds of repairs/support do you provide?
We provide support for pretty much everything you will use in an office
environment from mail and file servers, to desktops, laptops, printers,
wireless, routers, and more. We perform all types of work for home and
residential users as well, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and
all types of repairs. We provide specialized systems and data recovery services.
Are there charges for travel time?
Many companies charge for travel
time; in most cases, we do not.
Our process is designed to provide local clients with fast response times to their
computer repair needs. The Sacramento region is
considered local coverage and clients are not
charged for travel time. For areas outside the
Sacramento region, travel charges may apply and will be discussed
when the service request is scheduled.
